Highly recommended

Great tour
The tour was excellent, and Captain José was always kind and professional. During the experience, he explained the beauty of the lagoon in detail and answered all our questions. The boat was comfortable and safe, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the ride. The scenery was breathtaking, and each stop offered a special moment to appreciate nature. The attention and service made the difference, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bacalar.

Unforgettable experience
We took a group pontoon tour that started right on time in the afternoon, the perfect moment to enjoy the sun and finish with a beautiful sunset over the lagoon. The water was at the perfect temperature, and we were able to swim and relax at every stop. Our guide was very attentive, giving clear and enriching explanations about each spot. The atmosphere on the boat was pleasant, with drinks available and stunning views. Without a doubt, an experience I recommend to everyone.

Where does the tour of Bacalar Lagoon start?
We depart from Av. Costera Bacalar Sur, corner of 16, Centro, 77930 Bacalar. It is located a couple of blocks from the Bacalar Fort, and the return is to this same meeting point.
What happens if the weather is bad during the tour?
In case of bad weather, we offer you the option to reschedule the tour or cancel it at no cost.
Can I bring my pet on the tour?
Of course, we allow pets on our boats, but for safety and comfort reasons for all passengers, it is important to notify us before booking.
Can I bring food and drinks on the tour?
Yes, passengers are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. We even provide a cooler with ice during the trip.

Yes, you are free to bring your own food and drinks during the tour; in fact, we provide one cooler per boat so you can keep your drinks cold.
What happens if I arrive late to the meeting point?
It is important to arrive on time at the meeting point, but if you are late we recommend calling us so we can inform you about the possibility of joining a later tour.
Can I choose where I want to swim?
Yes, we offer swimming time at a landmark spot of your choice if it’s a private tour, or by group choice if it’s a collective tour.
Is the tour safe for young children?
Yes, our tours are safe for all ages. However, it is important that young children are supervised at all times and wear life jackets.
